Budhanilkantha School Announced Vacancy for Chief Administrative Officer Post

Budhanilkantha School a fully residential school with more than 11K students and 250 staff. The school is looking for self-motivated Neplese Citizen for the post of CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly under the Principal and maintain School's Administration and Finances at the highest standards required by the School. This is a full time contract job for a period of 4 years and can be extended for one more term. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Academic Qualification & Experience 

Minimum Masters' Degree in Accounts/Finance/Management/Public Administration and 5 years of work experience in the similar field or Bachelor's Degree in management faculty and at least 10 years of service at officers' level at Budhanilkantha School with Financial and Managerial skills.

Age Bar :

• Must be between 35 and 54 years of age.

Additional Qualifications:

• High level of IT knowledge including financial software knowledge.
• High level knowledge in human resources management.
• Knowledge of preparing and implementing annual budget.
• Ability to establish effective internal and external relationships, work in a team and work during occasional unofficial hours. 
• Procurement knowledge and able to supervise contractors.
• Knowledge on public and procurement laws.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali.
